Where Do We Ship To?

We ship to a lot of places — here's exactly where, and where we can't (yet).

We ship across the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, Norway, Switzerland, Monaco and Iceland, and to Canada, Australia, Hong Kong, Japan and Singapore.

Where we can't deliver

• PO Boxes — we need a full street address.
• Military addresses (including Armed Forces addresses).
• United Kingdom: the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.
• United States: Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, the Marshall Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.
• Spain: Ceuta and Melilla.

Getting your address right

Double-check your delivery address before confirming your order — once it's dispatched, we're very limited in what we can change. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, see Can I Change or Cancel My Order?.

We can't deliver to PO Boxes. Please give us a full street address where someone can receive the parcel — orders with a PO Box address can't be dispatched.
