Shipping Fees:

Order Tracking:

International Shipping:

When you order from Tropicfeel for delivery outside of the European Union, please be aware:

  • Customs and Import Charges: Your order may incur customs fees or import taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.
  • Customs Delays: While we work to ensure prompt delivery, Tropicfeel is not liable for any delays due to the customs clearance process in your country.

Special Circumstances:

  • PO Boxes and Remote Areas: Deliveries to PO Boxes and remote or less accessible areas may take additional time due to carrier limitations and logistical considerations.

  • Military Addresses: Please note that at this time, Tropicfeel is unable to deliver to military addresses. We recommend providing a non-military address to ensure your order can be delivered without any issues.

  • Address Accuracy: It's crucial to provide a correct and complete delivery address when placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, Tropicfeel is limited in its ability to make address changes.
