International Shipping PolicyUpdated a year ago

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

When ordering from Tropicfeel for delivery outside of the European Union, please be aware that the shipment may be subject to import fees and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.

  • Responsibility for Charges: As the recipient, you are responsible for all import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Tropicfeel does not have control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
  • Customs Clearance: Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Special Note for Spanish Territories:

  • Please note that shipments to the Canary Islands may also be subject to import duties and taxes according to the local laws.

Handling Delays:

  • While Tropicfeel strives to provide a seamless shopping experience, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance process in the destination country. We appreciate your understanding that these delays are outside of our control.

Our Commitment:

  • We regret any inconvenience caused by customs-related issues. Tropicfeel is dedicated to ensuring transparency and providing support throughout the shipping process. Should you need assistance with understanding potential fees or require more details on shipping to your location, our Customer Service team is available to assist you.
