Step 1 — We review your return

As soon as your package reaches our warehouse, we review and verify it within 3 business days and decide whether we accept the return. During sales and Black Friday, it may take a little longer due to volume.

Step 2 — We refund you

• Gift card: you receive it instantly, as soon as we approve the review. Once chosen, a gift-card refund is final. If you select a gift card, or you paid with a gift card, the refund cannot later be switched to your original payment method.
• Original payment method: once the return is accepted, the money reaches your account within a maximum of 14 days. The exact time may vary depending on your bank.

Please note:

• If you choose a refund to your original payment method, we send it back to the same method you used. If you choose a Tropicfeel gift card, we'll send the gift card instead.
• Original shipping costs aren't refunded. Any applicable return fee is charged according to Return & Exchange Fees.
• The clock only starts once your return reaches our warehouse and passes review.
