What you pay depends on how you want your refund, and on where you are.

Free in these cases

• You choose a gift card refund, or it's your first exchange — free from any country.
• The item arrived faulty or damaged and is unused by you, or we sent the wrong item, or an item is missing.
• You return an eligible direct Tropicfeel purchase at an official Tropicfeel store. Purchases from third-party sellers aren't eligible for in-store returns.

Exchange or gift card refund

The +12% gift-card bonus applies whenever you choose a gift-card refund. Once chosen, a gift-card refund is final. If you select a gift card, or you paid with a gift card, the refund cannot later be switched to your original payment method.

Refund to your original payment method

All returns are sent via a drop-off point. Home pick-up is available in Spain only.

Fees are applied automatically in the portal based on what you choose — no surprises at the end.
