All Tropicfeel products carry the same warranty. What changes depending on where you bought it is the claim route.

Bought within Tropicfeel — our website (tropicfeel.com), our physical store in Barcelona (L'Illa), or a Tropicfeel outlet/event (for example, La Roca Village or pop-ups such as REC.0 Igualada):

• The same warranty applies in all cases.
• File your claim with your order number and email at https://returns.byrever.com/tropicfeelgarantia — or, if your order number begins with #US, https://returns.itsrever.com/tropicfeel-usgarantia.

Bought outside Tropicfeel — any third party, distributor, or marketplace (for example, Zalando, Veepee, or an international distributor):

• These purchases are not handled through Tropicfeel's portal. The warranty is handled by the seller you bought from — please contact them directly.
