If you backed the Shell or Nest backpack on Kickstarter or Indiegogo, that specific backpack has a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects that affect its functionality. This benefit is exclusive to Kickstarter/Indiegogo backers.

What it covers

• Material and manufacturing defects.

What it doesn't cover

• Normal wear and tear (for example, faded colour or material wearing over time), or tears caused by impacts, accidents, or poor care.
• Products altered, modified, or repaired by anyone other than Tropicfeel — doing so voids the warranty.
• Any product other than the Shell and Nest backpacks (apparel and accessories are not covered).

How it's resolved

• If your backpack fails due to a manufacturing defect, we replace it free of charge.
