Warranty Policy

Warranty claims can only be submitted while the event is active directly at REC.0 Igaulada. 

Please note the following:

  1. Event Timing: Ensure that you initiate your warranty claim during the duration of the event. Claims submitted after the event ends will not be processed.
    The event runs from November 6th - November 9th, 2024.

  2. Documentation Required: Have your receipt or proof of purchase ready to facilitate the warranty claim process.

  3. Eligible Items: Only items that fall under the warranty coverage can be claimed. Check your warranty information for specific details.

  4. Condition of Items: Items should be in a condition that allows for assessment of the warranty claim.

Please be aware that items purchased as final sale from our REC.0 Igualada are not eligible for warranty claims. Key points to be aware of:

  1. Final Sale Status: All final sale items are sold as-is, with no returns, exchanges, or warranty claims accepted after the event has ended. 

  2. Inspection Prior to Purchase: We encourage customers to thoroughly inspect final sale items before completing their purchase.

  3. Limited Warranty on Non-Final Sale Items: If you purchase items that are not marked as final sale, standard warranty policies apply.
