Returns and exchanges can only be processed at REC.0 while the event is active. 

Please keep the following in mind: 

1. Event Duration: Ensure that you make your return or exchange while the event is ongoing. Once the event concludes, returns and exchanges will no longer be accepted and cannot be processed via our online store or through our customer service team. 
   The event is active from November 6th - November 9th, 2024. 

2. Condition of Items: All items must be in their original condition with tags attached. Items that show signs of use may not be eligible for return or exchange.

3. Receipt Required: Please bring your receipt or proof of purchase to facilitate the return or exchange process.

4. Final Sale Items: Be aware that certain items may be marked as final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
