Sometimes an item sells faster than we expected and we open it for pre-order so you can reserve yours instead of waiting for it to come back in stock.

How to spot a pre-order

You'll see three things on the product page:

• A Pre-order badge in the top right corner.
• A Pre-order now button instead of the usual Add to cart.
• The estimated delivery, shown as "Shipping starts in [month]".

When will it ship?

From the month shown on the product page when you ordered. We'll email you as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, with your tracking — see Where Is My Order?

Because pre-orders depend on incoming stock, that date is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. If anything changes, we'll let you know.

I ordered a pre-order item together with something else

Your order ships once everything in it is ready, so the pre-order item sets the timing for the whole order.

Can I still return or exchange it?

Yes — your 30 days start when the item is delivered, not when you ordered it. See Return & Exchange Policy.
