Who is responsible for international inport, duty, VAT and customs fees?
For customers who purchase orders outside of the European Union, in some cases, customs fees can be charged and it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for any Import, Duty, VAT, and Customs Fees that may apply for shipping to their country.

Refunds on Digital Gift Cards
Digital Gift Cards are non-refundable. It's important to ensure you select the correct amount when purchasing a gift card, as once the purchase is made, it cannot be refunded.
