Good news first: in most destinations, there's nothing extra to pay on delivery.

No customs or import duties

• European Union — shipped from our warehouse in Barcelona.
• United Kingdom — shipped from our UK warehouse.
• United States — shipped from our US warehouse.
• Norway — we're registered locally, so duties are covered.
• Switzerland and the Canary Islands — duties are already included in the shipping fee you pay at checkout.

Customs or import duties may apply

• Canada, Australia, Hong Kong, Japan and Singapore.

For these five destinations, any import fees or taxes are charged by your local customs authority once the parcel arrives, and are the responsibility of the recipient. The amount depends on your country's rules — we can't calculate or predict it. Customs clearance can also add time beyond our usual delivery estimates.

How you pay them

After your order ships, our carrier APG emails you with the amount due. You have 7 days from receiving that email to pay — otherwise the parcel may be held or returned to us.
