First Exchange - On us whne you use the Drop-Off Option
We celebrate your first exchange by covering the shipping cost for drop off requests only, making it completely free! It’s our way of ensuring you get the perfect item to accompany you on your adventures.

If you've already used your one-time complimentary drop off exchange, you can still swap your item. However, from the second exchange onward, shipping fees will apply. 

We do offer Home-Pick Up but at an extra cost. 

How to Exchange:

Start Your Return: Visit our Returns Platform here and follow the steps provided to initiate your return. 
Different exchange methods are available at a cost unless it is your first exchange request. This will be displayed during the process. 

Select Your New Item: Indicate the item you’re exchanging and choose your new selection. If the item you choose is a higher priced item, you will be asked to pay the difference. 
If the item you choose is a lower priced item, you will receive the difference via gift card to use against a future purchase. 

Check Your Email: After submitting your return request, check your email for a your shipping label and instructions.

Print the Label: Print out the shipping label. If you're unable to print at home, please visit a local print shop or office supply store.

Package Your Item: Safely package the item(s) in the original packaging, including all tags and accessories that came with the product.

Attach the Label: Securely attach the label to the outside of your package, making sure to cover or remove any old shipping labels.

Send It Off: 
If you chose to Drop-Off your package, please do so at the designated carrier location as per the instructions on the shipping label.

If you chose Home Pick-Up, prepare your package for the date/time you organised the pick up. 

New Exchange Order: 
Once the exchange is on its way to our warehouse, our automated systems will process your exchange and you will receive an email with the new order number and tracking details. 


Exchange Costs:
Please note the cost of the exchange will be charged during the exchange request process and varies by location return method and whether it is your 1st or 2nd exchange:

Drop-Off
EU: 1st Exchange €0 / 2nd Exchange €4.90

Home Pick-Up
EU: 1st Exchange €4.90 / 2nd Exchange €9.90

Important Information:

The items must be in their original, unused condition.

Ensure your return is within the 30 days from date of delivery.

The first exchange is provided with a pre-paid shipping label for drop-off requests; subsequent exchanges may incur additional charges at your own cost.

During our Festive Period, we offer returns and exchanges for up to 60 days after your purchase date.
This only applies to orders placed between the dates of 01/11/2023 and 17/12/2023.
