How to Initiate a ReturnUpdated 2 days ago

We understand that sometimes things don't work out, and you may need to return an item. We want to make your return process as seamless as possible. Here’s what you need to do:

Start Your Return: Visit our Returns Platform here and follow the steps provided to initiate your return. 
Different return methods are available at a cost. This will be displayed during the process. 

Check Your Email: After submitting your return request, check your email for a your shipping label and instructions.

Print the Label: Print out the shipping label. If you're unable to print at home, please visit a local print shop or office supply store.

Package Your Item: Safely package the item(s) in the original packaging, including all tags and accessories that came with the product.

Attach the Label: Securely attach the label to the outside of your package, making sure to cover or remove any old shipping labels.

Send It Off: 
If you chose to Drop-Off your package, please do so at the designated carrier location as per the instructions on the shipping label.

If you chose Home Pick-Up, prepare your package for the date/time you organised the pick up. 

Return Costs:
Please note the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund and varies by location and return method:

USA: $7.90
Switzerland: €7.90
Australia: €25
Canada: €25
Japan: €25
Hong Kong: €25
Singapore: €25 

Home Pick-Up:
EU: €11.90
USA: $11.90
Switzerland: €11.90
Australia: €29
Canada: €29
Japan: €29
Hong Kong: €29
Singapore: €29

Important Information:
The items must be in their original, unused condition, with tags attached and original packaging. 

Ensure your return is within the 30 days from date of delivery.
