Steps to Prepare Your Return Package:

Use the Original Packaging:

If possible, use the original packaging your Tropicfeel item came in. This not only is eco-friendly but also ensures that the product is adequately protected during transit.

Include All Items:

Make sure to include the product along with any accessories, manuals, and other items that came in the original package. Missing items may affect your refund or exchange.

Pack Securely:

Place the item(s) back in the box or bag. If the original packaging is damaged or unavailable, use a sturdy box or a durable shipping bag.

Fill any empty spaces with bubble wrap, packing peanuts, or crumpled paper to prevent items from moving around.

Include the Return Slip:

If you received a return slip or a return form, fill it out and include it inside the package. This slip often contains information that helps us process your return more efficiently.

Seal the Package:

Close the box or bag securely with strong packing tape. Make sure the package is sealed well to prevent it from opening during shipping.

Label the Package:

If you received a pre-paid return label from us (for your first return or exchange), print it out and attach it to the outside of your package. Cover or remove any old shipping labels.
