Preparing your package correctly helps ensure that your return is processed quickly and efficiently. Follow these simple steps to get your package ready for its journey back to us.

Steps to Prepare Your Return Package:

Return Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, all items must be:

• Unworn and unused.
• Returned in their original condition, with all tags attached.
• Returned with the original shoe box and any other original packaging.

Important: Please do not attach tape, labels, or stickers directly to the original shoe box or product packaging. The shoe box is considered part of the product and must be returned in saleable condition.

When returning your order, please place the item in it's original packaging in a separate outer shipping box or mailing bag and attach the return label to the outer packaging only. Returns received with tape or shipping labels attached directly to the shoe box, or with damaged original packaging, may not be accepted or may be subject to a reduction in the refund amount.

Include the Return Slip:

If you received a return slip or a return form, fill it out and include it inside the package. This slip often contains information that helps us process your return more efficiently.

Seal the Package:

Close the box or bag securely with strong packing tape. Make sure the package is sealed well to prevent it from opening during shipping.

Label the Package:

If you received a pre-paid return label from us (for your first return or exchange), print it out and attach it to the outside of your package. Cover or remove any old shipping labels.

If this is a subsequent return where you are organizing the shipping, clearly write our warehouse address and your return authorization number (if applicable) on the package.

Document Your Shipment:

Before sending the package, take a picture of it, especially the shipping label and any tracking numbers. This can be helpful in case there are any issues with the return shipment.
