Keeping an eye on your return is as easy as tracking your travels! Here’s how you can monitor the journey of your returned item back to us:
Use the Return Shipping Label: When you initiate a return with Tropicfeel, you'll receive a return shipping label (for your first exchange or return, this label is pre-paid). This label has a tracking number on it.
Track Online: Visit the website of the shipping carrier (the carrier's name will be on the label) and enter the tracking number. This will give you real-time updates on the whereabouts of your package.
Email Notifications: Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we'll send you an email to confirm its arrival and begin the refund or exchange process.
What to Keep in Mind:
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after you drop off your package.
