How can I have my package picked up at home?Updated 8 months ago
If you choose to have your return or exchange sent back using out Pick-Up at Home option, all you have to do is fill out our portal here.
Returning items through a pick-up service at home can be convenient and hassle-free. Here's a guide to help you through the process:
1. Check Return Policy:
- Before initiating a return, review our return policy here. Make sure your item is eligible for return and within the specified return window.
2. Prepare the Item:
- Ensure the item is unused, tags still attached and in its original packaging.
3. Fill our the Return Portal
- Visit this link to initiate the return/exchange process.
- Follow the steps to process the return and choose the Pick-Up option as your method of return.
- The cost of Pick-Up At Home will be displayed during the process, so please have your payment details ready.
Estimated costs are as follows:
Home Pick-Up
EU: Return €11.90 / 1st Exchange €4.90 / 2nd Exchange €9.90
Return Costs:
Please note the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.
Exchange Costs:
Please note the cost of the exchange will be charged during the exchange request process and varies by location and whether it is your 1st or 2nd exchange.
4. Schedule Pick-Up:
- Provide necessary details like your address, contact information, and the preferred time for pick-up.
- Some companies may offer a specific pick-up window, while others may allow you to choose a time slot.
5. Package the Item:
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging or a suitable box.
- Seal the package properly to prevent any damage during transit.
6. Label the Package:
- Affix the return label provided by to you via email onto the package.
- Ensure the label is visible and securely attached.
- Remove any other previous labels if re-using a box.
7. Hand Over the Package:
- Be ready at the specified time for the courier to pick up the package.
- Hand over the package to the courier, and make sure to obtain a receipt or tracking number for your records.
8. Tracking:
- Keep track of your return using the provided tracking number.
- Monitor its progress until it reaches our warehouse.
9. Refund/Exchange:
- Once we receive the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed.
- If you choose exchange, once your exchange order has been prcoessed you will receive an email with the new order number and tracking information.
- If you chose refund, once it is processed, you will be notified via email. After the email confirmation of the refund,
- You can expect to receive the refund within 2 weeks, depending on your bank and/or country.
10. Follow Up:
- If you don't receive confirmation of the return, exchange or refund within the specified time, contact us here for assistance.
