Set sail on your first exchange with Tropicfeel, ensuring a perfect fit for your adventures at no extra cost.

First Exchange - On Us!:

We celebrate your first exchange by covering the shipping cost, making it completely free! It’s our way of ensuring you get the perfect item to accompany you on your adventures.

Subsequent Exchanges - Your Voyage:

If you've already used your one-time complimentary exchange, you can still swap your item. 

However, from the second exchange onward, the shipping arrangements and costs will be your the following:
Drop-Off to a Pick up point:
4.90€

Home Pick-up:
9.90€

You can also send it on your own at your own costs and Direct your package to the appropriate Tropicfeel warehouse:

  • US Orders: Flexport, C/O RET_ATL_1, 190 Bridgeport Pkwy, Moreland, GA 30259 
  • UK Orders: Sprint E Logistics, Unit 1, The Links, Bakewell Road, Orton Southgate, Peterborough, PE2 6BJ
  • EU Orders: TROPIC FEEL S.L / Alt FineCom Finishing-eComerce-Logistics GmbH, Fürstinnenstraße 2, 45883 Gelsenkirchen, Germany 
    Please note, if you use this option, you will need to have photos of the full item being returned in unused condition, with original tags and packaging and shoebox, copy of the return label used and receipt received when dropping the parcel off for return. 

How to Exchange:

Select Your New Item: Indicate the item you’re returning and choose your new selection of the same price.

Prepare for Dispatch: For your first exchange, attach the pre-paid label we provide. 
*For later exchanges, send your item to the relevant warehouse.

Important Information:

The items must be in their original, unused condition.

Ensure your return is within the 30 days from date of delivery.

The first exchange is provided with a pre-paid shipping label; subsequent exchanges may incur additional charges at your own cost.

During our Festive Period, we offer returns and exchanges for up to 60 days after your purchase date.
This only applies to orders placed between the dates of 01/11/2023 and 17/12/2023.
