We celebrate your first exchange by covering the shipping cost for drop off requests only, making it completely free! It’s our way of ensuring you get the perfect item to accompany you on your adventures.

If you've already used your one-time complimentary drop off exchange, you can still swap your item. However, from the second exchange or return onward, shipping fees will apply and will be calculated during your request.

For Home Pick Up and 2nd exchanges and returns, we do charge a transportation fee as this is an extra charge from the carrier.
