Combining items in a single return can be both convenient and eco-friendly. Here's how you can do it effectively:

Returning Multiple Items from the Same Order:

When initiating a return through our Returns Guide, you'll first select the order you're returning items from.

You can choose multiple items from this order to return. If they are all part of the same order, feel free to send them back in one parcel. This approach is not only efficient but also supports our commitment to sustainability.

Important to Remember: 

Excluded Items: If there’s an item you didn’t select during the return process, please don’t include it in the return package. Items not listed in the return request won't be eligible for a refund. If you accidentally left an item out, no worries! Just contact us, and we'll assist you in canceling the current return so you can start a new request that includes all your items.

Items from Different Orders: Need to return items from multiple orders? Please create a separate return request for each order. To avoid confusion and ensure a smooth refund process, do not mix items from different orders in the same package.
