Black Friday 2025 - Returns & Exchanges 

We want you to shop with confidence this Black Friday! Below you’ll find all the details on our extended return and exchange periods for the holiday season.

Returns for Refund

Our standard 30-day return period applies to all items purchased during the Black Friday sale.

• Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund.

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected.

• *Please note a logistics processing fee may also apply and will be stated during the process. 
  
  

Returns for Exchange or Gift Card

We’ve extended our timeframe for exchanges and gift card returns to make gifting easier.

• You’ll have 60 days from the date of purchase to return an item for an exchange or a gift card.
  *Bonus Offer: If you choose a gift card, you’ll receive an extra 12% added to your gift card value.

• This only applies to orders placed between the dates of 06/11/2025 and  2/12/2025.

• Perfect if you’re shopping early or gifting later in the season.
  
  

Additional Notes

• All items must meet our standard return conditions (unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase). Check out the return policy here

• Some exclusions may apply (e.g., final sale items).

• Processing times may be slightly longer due to high order volumes and delays with carriers during the Black Friday period. 

• Purchases made outside of the Black Friday 2025 time frame (06/11/2025 and 2/12/2025) will have our 30 day return/exchange policy in place as per our regular policy.
