How do I register?
You can click here to register or by clicking on the Account Logo at the top-right of Tropicfeel.com.
How do I login to my account?
If you are a registered user, click on the Account Logo link located on the top-right of the screen or by clicking here and enter your email address.
You will then receive an email with a code to use to login and verify your account and that's it.
If you are not a registered user, click here and Create An Account by following the instructions provided.
Do I need to register to purchase on Tropicfeel.com?
Registration is not required. You can always place an order at the Tropicfeel online store as a guest. If you plan to make regular purchases through our site, we recommend that you register. This will save you time when re-ordering at the Tropicfeel online store. Our registration process is fast and free.
Why should I create an account?
You will not be required to re-enter your shipping or billing addresses every time you order online. Whenever you place an order, it will be delivered to the registered address on file, unless you choose otherwise. You can browse, shop and, if necessary, complete your order at a later time. We'll keep track of the items you've already put in your shopping bag so that when you come back later, you will not have to re-select the items again. Please note that placing items to your shopping bag for purchase at a later time does not guarantee item availability.
What if I forgot my password?
If you have forgotten your account password, not to worry, please enter your email to login and you will receive an email to your account with a verification code to use to login.

How do I update my billing & shipping address on my account?
Log into your account here and click on "View Address" and "Edit" and you can update your address.
How can I unsubscribe from the Tropicfeel newsletter?
To unsubscribe from the Newsletter, open the last newsletter email you've received and scroll down to the link "Unsubscribe" at the bottom. After clicking this link you will be redirected to another page asking you if you want to proceed with the unsubscription to our newsletter service. Click on Unsubscribe and you will no longer receive our newsletter.
