Tropicfeel Nation rewards you just for shopping and engaging with us.

Getting in

Log in to your Tropicfeel account (see Managing Your Tropicfeel Account), then click "Go to Nation". It's the same account — no separate password.

How points work

• €1 spent = 1 point, online or in store.
• 10 points = €1 in credit to spend with us.
• You can also earn points through other actions in the Nation portal — the current list is always shown there.

Points, pending periods & returns

• Points from any purchase stay pending for 30 days, so we can account for returns. If you don't return the order in that window, the points confirm automatically and join your balance.
• Return the order (or leave Nation) while those points are still pending, and they're simply cancelled before they reach your balance.
• Once confirmed, credit never expires and is never removed — even if you return something else later.
